Shipping policy

All purchases are sent via Australia Post Express Post service.  

Our dispatch team will endeavor to ship your item in 1-2 business days of your purchase. Tracking & parcel insurance is placed on all deliveries and parcels will require a signature on delivery.

If you require a local delivery or have any special requests on delivery, please contact our customer service team prior to placing your order. Same day courier service may be available to destinations within Sydney upon request.

Our parcels arrive in a discrete black packing and will not show any signs of beautiful goods inside.

Curio and Jewel offers complementary shipping on all purchases sent within Australia. We also offer worldwide shipping to most international locations.

If you wish to have your parcel delivered to a location not listed above, please contact our friendly customer service team.

All items sent within Australia are posted via the Australia Post Express Post service. Australia Post guarantees overnight delivery to all major cities. For regional and country towns, please allow  upto 4 days for your shipment to arrive. 

International transit times vary according to the location. We use Australia Post Priority delivery which usually takes 3-7 days. For some locations please allow upto 10 days for delivery. This does not include any delays which may occur by your local Customs clearance office. 

Parcels sent internationally may be transfered to the local Freight service whereby a new tracking number may be allocated. 

You will not have any import tax or duty charges applied at checkout or included in the final transaction total. Any duties or taxes incurred upon delivery will be the responsibility of the delivery recipient prior to delivery. Please check with your local customs office for information on import duties and taxes. 

Returns and exchanges

Although we try our best to thoroughly describe all items we offer, if your beautiful piece arrives and doesn't meet your expectations we gladly offer full refunds for change of mind within 7 days from the date of delivery. We ask that our customers contact our customer service department prior to returning any items. Our friendly staff will confirm the return shipping address and discuss any concerns you may have. Our jewels are secured with a tag that cannot be removed for returns or change of mind. Please don't hesitate to contact us prior to your purchase if your have any questions about the jewellery, sizing or any other concerns. We can assist with video calls, detailed images and further certification if necessary.

We use and recommend Australia Post for all our deliveries. Return parcel costs are the responsibility of the buyer. To ensure a smooth return process, we request that all return parcels are sent via express delivery with tracking, insurance and signature on delivery. Please retain all tracking and parcel lodgement details. 

Once the parcel has arrived at our office, our jewellers will inspect the item to ensure it is in the same condition prior to shipment. The products need to be unworn, undamaged, unaltered and in the original condition. This applies to any alternations such as resizing or conversions. Our jewellers inspection usually takes 1-2 business days, following which a full refund will be given via the same method of payment. Some payment providers may take upto 5 days to process your refund. 

 If you have had a change of mind and wish to exchange your purchase, please contact our customer service team to discuss an alternative purchase. Once the original item has been returned and inspected, our dispatch team will ship the new purchase and assist with payment differences if any.
